There is nothing more important to us than the health and safety of everyone in the Awareness-Alert Community and our customers. Due to the ever-changing situation surrounding COVID-19, we are experiencing a temporary delay in processing all orders with our US fulfillment center. 

What does that mean for you? We have answered some of your common questions below:

What about the delivery of my purchase?

We are still open and taking orders on all of our sites, but we are seeing an average of 7-10 days for orders to be processed and shipped for our site.

When will I receive my existing order?

If you ordered with us recently from our site, we expect your order to be delivered within 2-4 weeks.

What if I need to exchange or cancel an order?

We want you to be happy with your decision. For order cancellations, please contact us here. If you need to exchange a ring, please visit our exchanges portal.
