Please provide use the email address you used when placing the order and your order number and we will update you with a tracking number.
Your order is shipped usually within 24 hours of receipt. But sometimes we sell out of stock and need to replenish inventory which may take up to 1 week.

I live outside the United States:
Your order will arrive within 1-3 weeks.
We offer standard FREE WORLDWIDE SHIPPING. We use USPS and DHL eCommerce as our shipping partners.
We accept all credit cards: Visa, Mastercard and American Express. We also accept Paypal, as we are a verified company.
We do not accept Cash on Delivery (COD).
Wrong size? No problem! We offer free & easy returns. Please use our Return Center to let the return process run smoothly.
Once we receive your product (undamaged) we will reship the right size to you!
